Brisk Health was launched in October of 2020 with the mission of improving healthcare services as the current system is broken. Our team has worked diligently to create a mobile application that provides patients with convenient and accessible healthcare options, including in-person clinic visits, home visits, and telemedicine consultations, available at any time needed.

In addition to our patient mobile app, we have also created our proprietary electronic medical record system to guarantee the protection and security of our patients' personal health information (PHI). Safeguarding your data is our top priority as we strive to establish the gold standard in healthcare services. We invite you to download our app and experience our commitment firsthand.

Our commitment to service, respect, and compassion informs our approach to healthcare, ensuring that each patient is treated with the utmost care, kindness, and respect. As a faith-based organization, we are dedicated to not only healing the body but also supporting the emotional and spiritual well-being of those we serve.

Our Lakewood, Colorado clinic is dedicated to Saint Frances Xavier Cabrini, a renowned Catholic missionary and advocate for the underserved. Inspired by her unwavering commitment to serving those in need, our clinic follows her example by providing compassionate, patient-centered care to our community. Saint Frances Xavier Cabrini’s deep faith and selfless service guide our mission, reminding us daily of the importance of treating every individual with dignity, kindness, and respect.

 

We strive to embody her spirit of love and care in all that we do, offering both physical and spiritual support to those who seek our services.

Code of Conduct 

At Brisk Health, we are committed to providing compassionate, high-quality healthcare in alignment with our Catholic values. We believe that every person is made in the image of God and deserves care that respects the dignity of life. Our mission is to serve the community with love, respect, and integrity, while also fostering a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for our staff, patients, and their families.

By accessing and using our services, including our app and clinic, you agree to adhere to the following Code of Conduct:

Respect for Human Dignity

Every patient, regardless of race, creed, or background, is treated with the utmost respect and dignity. We are committed to serving all patients who uphold and live in accordance with the will of God. We expect patients to respect the same dignity and honor when interacting with our healthcare team, staff, and other patients.

Respectful and Honest Communication

We ask that all patients communicate honestly, respectfully, and in good faith with our healthcare providers and staff. We are committed to providing the best possible care, and open, respectful communication is essential in fostering trust and ensuring the success of our patient-provider relationship.

Compliance with Health and Safety Policies

To ensure the health and safety of all our patients and staff, we require that all patients comply with our health and safety policies, including but not limited to:

  • Adhering to any medical recommendations

  • Following infection control procedures

  • Attending scheduled appointments or notifying us in advance of cancellations

Zero Tolerance for Abusive Behavior

Brisk Health maintains a zero-tolerance policy for any form of abuse, harassment, or violent behavior—whether verbal, physical, or emotional—toward any staff member, patient, or individual. Any patient who engages in such behavior will immediately lose access to our services and will be banned from using the app and receiving care at our clinic.

Respect for Confidentiality and Privacy

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality and privacy of our patients’ medical information. We ask all patients to respect the privacy of others and to avoid sharing sensitive medical information without consent. We also kindly ask that you do not take any photos and video while you are inside of our clinic.

Termination of Services

Brisk Health reserves the right to terminate access to our app and services at any time for any patient who violates this Code of Conduct. We are here to serve those who share in our commitment to health and healing, grounded in the values of the Catholic faith. Any behavior that undermines these values or violates the terms of this Code of Conduct may result in the immediate termination of care.

By continuing to use Brisk Health services, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this Code of Conduct and our Patient Agreement. Our goal is to provide healthcare that aligns with your values and promotes the well-being of your body, mind, and spirit, in accordance with God’s will.
